Alexa keeps disconnecting from my Versa 3

Alexa keeps disconnecting on my fitbit versa 3, I have to keep setting it up again and again. How do I stop it from disconnecting? Every time I go to use it, it asks me to reconnect it. It's getting really annoying.

Update: The issue will be resolved by updating the Fitbit app version on your mobile devices to app version 3.42.1 or above.

I followed the steps above and still no Alexa option.  Looking forward to the resolution of this issue!  Thanks.

I am having this same problem and tried all the mentioned things to do. Its so frustrating. Everytime I go to use alexa it doesn't work 😞

Was this ever resolved? I just got my fitbit and app a few days ago. everything is updated but alexa keeps disconnecting. Being able to use alexa easily is why i chose this over a different smartwatch.
