Alexa on Versa 2 has trouble understanding me

in warranty got it 4 days ago went for a jog came back ask alaxa what time is it she replays HI ASK ME HOW TO DO ANY THING i ask Alaxa again what time is it she replays with the same thing i snyc the watch with my phone phone and she still says HI ASK ME HOW TO DO ANYTHING  i tried reset fitbit watch didnt work then i logged out of alaxa and still keeps sying HI ASK ME HOW TO DO ANY THING

Oh I already fixed a problem I made a new Amazon account and logged into it via Fitbit and it works fine now
