My volume went out. I can't hear Alexa respond anymore. I've tried control volumes and that's not working. Is there a mute button I am unaware of? If so how do I unmute it?
Thanks for the help

Hi @JustSayJulie, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for the details shared and for trying to solve this situation with your Versa 3. To adjust the speaker volume, tap the speaker icon > + icon. You can find more information about this feature in this link How do I use a voice assistant on my Fitbit smartwatch?
Hope this helps!

I'm having the same problem. Brand-new Sense. When I activate Alexa, it hears me and responds with text, but no audio is present. Tapping the speaker icon makes the Sense vibrate, but it does nothing to increase the volume.

Does anyone have any help for the Alexa feature remaining on mute?? I read the suggestion about clicking the volume icon but that does nothing but take me to Music volume. It was working fine but then the volume icon shows mute and I cannot get it out of mute.

This has happened to me a couple of times. I found that I had unintentionally set the watch into "do not disturb" mode. Swipe from left to right and see if the top left icon is on or off.

Thank 😊 you so much. That did it for me. I didn't even think to check for that.

I found it was because it was in do not disturb mode or sleep mode check those.
