Brand new Versa 2, I had Alexa set up and working. She would turn down my Hue lights, set timers etc. Suddenly now, I hold the button in and she says she’s listening but there is no action. I’ve tried many reset options and no change! Help please

Hello there @Setup6, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the late response. Thanks for already restarting your Versa 2 in order to solve the inconvenience between the communication with Alexa.
If you recently went swimming or got Versa 2 wet, there might be water in the microphone. Wait a few minutes for the microphone to dry, then try again to use Alexa.

I have exactly the same problem it used to work perfectly and then yesterday, everything I would say e.g: "set a 10 minute time" is not recognized she does not understand... My home alexa device and phone device does work fine. I uninstalled the app, reset the watch, called support... NOTHING WORKS. Very disappointing for a brand new device can someone help and provide guidance how we can fix the issue here, otherwise please provide return policy options and refund on device. Many thanks.
