can anyone help, the alexa on my versa works perfectly when i log in through my husbands amazon account (he had prime and an echo dot also connected to that account) however when i try logging into alexa with my own amazon account (no prime) it has issues creating reminders on fitbit or the alexa app to pull across to fitbit?
The timer and alarm functions are able to be set but reminded say "i will set a reminder for 10 minutes. Sorry i was not able to set that reminder" and it isnt set.
Would rather not use my husbands account as obviously this is not mine and my reminders show on his phone also.
