Always-on display not working properly after firmware upgrade (70.7.14)

When I upgraded to version 70.7.14 my Versa 2 stopped to show the battery life, date and the core stats.

 

I tried to factory reset but no lucky to revert this configuration. Always-on Display only show the time now.

I just bought my versa 2 today. I did the update at first... The always-on display never worked on my device. If I choose analog clock, it's not working at all. Whatever I choose, I only see time on the left of the screen (no battery life, nothing)

I thought I had bought a defective watch and wanted to ask for a refund, but then, when I see your post, I now think it could be an update problem.

 

I hope I won't have to return it...

Yes, mine have the same behaivior.

 

I tried the Chat Support and they gave me instructions to a differrent factory reset but it didn't work. They told my Versa 2 was defective and needed to be replace but because I'm in Brazil they were not able to replace it.

 

Hoping a new firware to fix this problem...

I just went to the store to have a refund. It's really disappointing. Now I'm not sure I want to buy again...
