I have several med. conditions and don't like wearing multiple items. I have downloaded a "Med ID" app from the fitbit source. I have downloaded the clock face with the symbol included on it..... but even though it says it can do "Always ON" I can't seem to get any "Med Alert" symbol to be anywhere except on the clock face i see after waking up the versa 2. I would like to know if and how to get a Med Symbol to be always visible. Thanks for any help. So far I love my new Versa 2.

@MamaOdie Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.
I appreciate that you mentioned you're using Med ID app. I'm glad to hear that you're loving your Versa 2.
Currently the Med ID app and clock face you're using are from third-party developers. In this case, you may want to contact the developer for further assistance and further details about what you would like to see on your watch.
As a side note, you may want to check the clock face description to find more information about what you will see on it.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

@MamaOdie Thanks for getting back.
The always on display is an option that you need to change on your watch itself, please do the following to do so:
- Swipe down > tap on the quick settings
- Tap on Always-On display
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

Hi @MamaOdie, great tip this app, I am going to install it on my Versa! To get help on your issue I advise you to contact the developer using this Med ID Support page. He creates what is visible on the "always on" watch face.
