My watch won't stop turning on and off. I have already did a factory reset 2 times now... It turns off then back on ... The screen comes on and I can use it as long as the screen Dosent go black. If it goes black and I touch the screen... It turns off again.... And repeat. Never been dropped. I do shower with it. Never had a problem until the other day. Anyone with some thoughts on this ? Thanks in advance !!

Just asking the obvious question, it's not the screen timing out and going to sleep and then quickly waking up when you turn your wrist? Otherwise if the watch has a good battery charge and keeps performing a full restart then it appears to be faulty.

 

I hope it's still in warranty and you can ask your retailer or Fitbit for a replacement.

Hi James 291.... 

 

My screen time out is set for 10 seconds.... And the motion is turned off. Battery lasts a good 5 days .. and charges normally.

Some of the recommended solutions on here suggest changing clock faces, in case the software within the current one is causing a problem. In your case I'm not sure it will help as you've already done a full reset, but it might be worth a try.
