Hi, have a note 10 plus, I know its not supported!
All features now work except connection to Amazon. Can get Fitbit data on my Echo dot. Can use Soptify. Can Get emails and notifications. can get Weather.
Have skills enabled, even says the accounts are linked. But when I go to the screen from versa 2 in accounts page it says error. Mt versa 2 says there is no connection.
Any thoughts.
Yes tried customer service that was unproductive!

One thing you might try (odd as it may sound) is to reboot your wi-fi router. Mine did the same thing until I rebooted the router and then everything worked as it should.
