All my clockfaces offer an "always-on" option. Just search for BV Designs and choose the one you wish.

Yes, head into your settings and change it. 

The only bad is your battery doesn't stay charge for more than a day

The only options are 10 seconds, 15 seconds, and 20 seconds. I need one that stays on all day, I don't mind charging daily.

You can create your own with the Maker clockface.  Analog or Digital with an option for "always on".  However "always on" will drain your battery very fast.

For versa lite theres one called medial professional by matt. Tap watch screen to lock till vitals are taken
