So, it seems my Versa is dead. No screen, no lights on the back, no vibrating when it's put in the charger. I've tried my charger, I've tried my wife's charger. I've tried multiple USB outlets, from computers, to power strips, to wall plugs. Nothing.
It's a month or two over a year old. I called support, they had me check a few things, then said, basically, it's dead, there's nothing we can do, here's a coupon for another device that would still cost a significant amount of money that I have no confidence that they will stand by if that one has a problem too. And reading the forums here, it's likely that anything I'd buy has a good chance of having issues.
Yah, I'm upset about this. We've owned Fitbit products for years, I liked my Versa, my wife likes hers, but now am unlikely to buy another Fitbit product unless they do something to correct this.

Same has just happened to me. I've got an old Blaze to fall back on but I'm very disappointed with my Versa 2

I am currently in the same position. Had versa replaced in Feb due to display issues. Display has now stopped working on the new one and they have offered me discount code at my own expense. Joke of a service.

Same thing. I also had the original Fitbit, had issues with that. They replaced the first one and it did it again. This one is about a year and a half old and just died out of the blue. I've tried resets (both) multiple times. Nothing is working. It's a lot of money to have to replace them continuously. I thought I would give them another chance after the first one and letting the company have time to continue to develop further. Fool on me!
