Another update and versa 2 is dead

Just did an update and now my versa 2 is dead, fully charged (was on the charger for hours). Second time in 6 weeks your updates have killed my watch and I purchased it in March. About ready to give up on fitbit, one issue after another, ridiculous.

I am having the same issue. How did you resolve it previously?

After a few days I put it back on the charger and it started working again.
