Answer / Reject calls unresponsive on Versa with iPhone 6S

My versa is connected to an iPhone 6S. When I receive calls, the answer and reject option shows up on the Versa screen but nothing happens when I touch either option, my phone keeps ringing. I wonder if anybody else has experienced the same issue. Everything else works just fine. Thanks!

@wrjmusic Welcome! It's great to see you around. Sorry to hear that you aren't able to answer or reject calls with your Versa. Please go to the bluetooth settings area on your phone and remove all the devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your Versa by doing the following:

 

1.- Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
2.- Let go of the buttons.
3.- If your Fitbit watch doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again. 

 

You will need to setup notifications again and test if this feature works after this process.
