I have fitbit versa purchased Jan 2019. Around the end of February the screen just stopped respondong/showing anything at all. Display remains blank and black ALL the time. I followed ALL troubleshooting procedures including resetting. This did not fix it. Around March I contacted Customer Support via chat/text box and explained issue, agian followed troubleshooting. The rep advised warranty available and then unfortunately my 4yr touched my phone in just the right spot to close my browser and the chat screen. Because of the extreme frustration I put the versa in a box in the cupboard and forgot about it as I was/am very busy. Now that I have delivered my youngest and am looking to start focusing more on fitness I would like to revisit the issue of it not working so shortly after purchasing. I have very little availability to sit on the phone - if I could even find a phone number the only option I found for direct contact was thru Twitter- I don't tweet.
Any advice would be appreciated!!

Perhaps email might be your best option. You can do that via contact.fitbit.com

We have online live support and phone listed when there is someone available to chat.
At other times will only show Twitter and email.
People will also contact Fitbit through Facebook.

Ok. Thank you. I must not be seeing the phone or chat options due to what time it is -now 3:5amEST. I a. unfortunately on a night shift schedule. I'll try my best to try to find sn opportunity to check back on the contact screen when the sun is up. Thank you.
