Hello,

 

I upgraded my fitbit Charge 2 to fitbit versa. I'm very happy with the device however when I go walking the frustrating message of "connecting to GPS" comes one and then goes away and then comes back.  I never had any issues with the Charge 2.  Looking at all the discussions I still haven't found a solution or talks about acknowledgement to this problem by fitbit . I'm sure fitbit won't disappoint but I'm wondering if anybody knows if there will be ever be a fix ?

Right now there is no fix for this problem.

 

i have try'd many things to do but still no solution what works more than 2 run or sm...
