I know this is a farfetched notion, but I was wondering, given that so many of us are experiencing suddenly dead Versas and Versa Lites, and since all Fitbit want to do if we're out of warranty is take more money from us (with many of us out of jobs right now...because a device is more important than feeding our families...) if there's any way to reload an older OS and try to bring these back to life.
I've tried absolutely everything to bring my Versa back, and right now am using a Versa Lite that had been replaced...and I was able to bring it back to life. Just not my more expensive Versa.
I've tried searching this, but have found nothing yet, other than Fitbit saying something about using a Windows machine to do something if Versa Lite users encounter a problem.

Bump. Interesting, this is on page 5...4 pages just this weekend about peoples' Fitbits not working. Come on, Fitbit. Acknowledge this issue and help us fix it!
