Anyone any thoughts on why no call notications

Everything on the Versa now working well with the exception of the call notifications.

 

Are there any other hidden settings I haven't found?

Open the Fitbit app on your phone and click the Versa icon in the upper left corner.  Click on Notifications and be sure that Calls is turned on.  Also click on App notifications to be sure you are getting the ones you want.  Apps are only added to this list after they have sent you a notification so you should check this occasionally.  Also click on Notifications in the Settings app on the Versa to choose whether to receive them during exercise and sleep.

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately I've done all this to no effect sadly. I think there must be some hidden issue that I've not been able to track down.

same here, I have done everything but I still can't get notification. I have even checked that my phone is compatible with Fitapp.
