This was also posted in the Sense forum - I wasn't sure if folks are looking in forums for trackers they do not own. I currently have a Sense that is dying and debating whether to switch back to the Versa line.
Anyone buy the 2-year warranty on any Fitbit trackers? I've been a LONG time user of Fitbit and had about a handful of different versions of it through the last decade, mostly upgrading because I wanted a fancier version. 2 of them died on me outside of the 1 year warranty, 2 of them still work, 1 fell out of my pocket and accidentally run over by my car (oops). I wanted to know if anyone has had experience paying the extra money to extend the warranty to 2 years and if it's easy to get a replacement if you have issues.
So far I've had pretty good luck with Fitbit customer service (*knock on wood*) and they've helped replace faulty ones for me on a few occasions within the 1 year window.
