I’ve started using this after putting it away, hoping after a year there would be improvements. This is such a let down. Still can’t access Spotify during workouts. Constantly being notified about the wallet feature I don’t want to use. (Can’t disable it). The calories also can’t be calibrated. I’m basically burning 4000 or more a day which just isn’t true to what I’m doing. (Yes I double checked the weight.) am I missing something? The Apple Watch just seems better in every way at this point and the cost is the same.

Oh did I mention that the wallet feature doesn’t even work for MOST major banks in Canada? Even if I wanted to use it, I couldn’t. This product blows. I preferred my 5 year old Surge.

Hi @TwoKlobbs - use Music controls on the watch instead when you are playing Spotify on the phone, you can continue with the workouts and also control the volume.

Can't agree with the heart rate inaccuracy because I don't have a more accurate tool to make a comparison, but totally agree with GPS low performance and the inability to store users' own music (and probably this last point can be easily managed with a new feature in future updates)

This is the worst devise I have ever owned. It is impossible to change simple settings ie: brightness or temp units. Horrible.

I am extremely disappointed in the Versa 3. The built-in gps is trash. Takes forever to connect so I have to stand around waiting for it or I lose several minutes of exercise results. You can't even use it unless your battery is over 25%. Its accuracy isn't very good, but you can't connect the Versa 3 to use your instantly connected, far more accurate, better battery smartphone for tracking your walk/run etc. Even my old Charge 3 let me use the gps on my phone.
Sleep tracking is horribly inaccurate. Most nights it only records about half of my sleep. I have to go into edit mode on the sleep data to tell it I actually went to sleep at 9:30 not 12:37 am as it thinks. I rarely get sp02 sleep data.
I do like the color screen and the default watch face has all the info I want to see at a glance. The timers are good and I use them frequently. The band is comfortable, but I seem to be exactly in the middle of two points on the band. One feels too loose and the other seems too tight. All-in-all I think I would be happier with a better working device like the Charge 5.

Was really satisfied with versa 1 but was missing gps. So I moved to versa 3 and since then I am disappointed, activities are stopping, swimm is not able to finish ( i need to wait for battery to die), wallet always appearing. I will definitely move to different brand.

Few things that are bugging me with Versa 3 is:-
Phone is constantly out of sync and hence I end up missing notification. The way to fix it is open app and do a sync manually. There is no way to keep it on constant sync.
Watch most of the times wont turn on with motion and would need some touch on screen or press the haptic button for me to see the time.
Only weight & fat% can be added. Likely seriously, why cant Fitbit allow to connect third party scales to just import other advanced data. Overall body metrics are so important to health.
Not enough watch face, the ones in the store look like designed on windows 98. The amazefit band has so many great watch faces and it is 2 times cheaper than this band.
Step counts are not accurate and way off! Again, cheaper chinese brands do a better job at this. Besides, I keep burning calories without doing anything at all.
Fitbit pay is a great option but there are only few banks it works with so as good as useless. Unlike samsung pay which works with most banks I know
For such a sub standard product, I have to spend almost 50% of the watch price to get access to the ''Premium'' service which should have already been included with the watch. You can do a subscription model with the cheaper bands but someone paying of $200 it should be included or subsidized.
I totally regret not going for Samsung 4 Watch which seems to be far more superior than this band. I cant even trust the stats this watch gives me so don't think I will be using it for long.
