I am unable to install the spo2 clock face.
When choosing the sp02 clock a warning appears saying ensure app and watch are running latest versions. The select button is greyed out.
I received the versa 2 today,  I followed setup and the versa2 updated.
On my phone app the versa 2 shows as ver 70.7.14 but in the about section on the versa 2 it says ver 35.70.714
Is this why i cannot install yhe clock face and how do i fix it?
Moderator edit: updated subject for clarity

Hi @Jenb4c & @Kachiinkotacre - if you have an old firmware version prior to 35.72.1.9 it will need an update to allow installing an SpO2 clock face.
You may ask Fitbit support to force the later update to you.
It should be noted that SpO2 will only show the one value for the night and it may be useful to only use it overnight and have a more useful clock face for the day.
It will also drain your battery faster, as it takes measurements.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Jenb4c @Kachiinkotacre.
Currently, the latest firmware version for the Fitbit Versa 2 is 72.1.9 as stated in this article. For Fitbit devices set up recently, it might be necessary to wait a couple of days to be able to update to the most recent firmware version and be able to download the SpO2 clock face. Just to clarify, Customer Support can't accelerate this process.
For instructions on how to check your firmware version, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I find the version number for my Fitbit device?".
Thanks for your comments, @Guy_
Have a nice day.
