App crash when tapping on Health Metric

Why does the app crash when I tap the health metrics title? So many others are having the same issue. I am a premium member.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps and let me know if the issue persists:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the OS version of your phone is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

Thank you for your email.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 and I experienced the problem since the first
time I noticed the Health Metrics title on the app. The app closed/stopped
working at that time. And continued to after more than 10 attempts.

I have done everything you suggested in your email more than once.

I am also a premium member. Any further information to correct the error
will be appreciated.

Another premium member here.  Exact same problem on an S9.  Crashes the app from the very first time I clicked on it.  Have followed your instructions but it made no difference.  Please advise.

Fitbit responded to me today and stated an update should be coming out
second week of October. We'll see what happens.
