Hi there! I've had my Versa about 24 hours. Love it so far, but I'm having an issue with the app crashing when I try to get detailed sleep information. (I'm using Android 6 on an S5.)I noticed this has been asked about other past models as well (Ionic, etc.), and I apologize if this is a repeat post about the Versa. The app remains open for everything else, however. I've deleted, reinstalled, refreshed, turned off/on, etc. both the Versa and the app itself on my phone and nothing is working. (The software on my phone as well as the Versa are current with the updates.) I've noticed that others had this problem in the past with other models. Could anyone offer advice? Thanks!

@Leslie330 Awesome to hear your loving Versa! As for the app crashing issue, have you tried clearing app cache and app data? Doing a clean wipe of the Fitbit data could help with weird app behavior. Btw, thanks for providing all the troubleshooting steps you've tried already! Let me know how it goes.

Hey there. Thanks for the response to my newbie question. I have indeed cleared both the app cache and data...that was before I reset everything. The sleep stats still crash the app. Boo. I spoke with a CS rep and she has the team looking into it, but I'm not too tech-savvy so I'm not sure what else to do on my end in the meantime.
