App is updating, but watch is not

I am having some issues with my Versa. The app on my phone seems to update when I sync it with out issue, but I find the today stats do not update. The heart rate, sleep, calories, weekly exercise, etc do not update on my watch when I sync with my phone. 

I seem to have to connect my watch to wifi, then sync my phone in order for my watch to update. 

I tried to restart the watch, hard reset, etc and have not seen any changes.

Any tips to try and resolve this?

@Samanthahoch Since you can see the stats info in the app, the issue you're observing is a matter of syncing back. Versa supplies the raw data (via Fitbit mobile app) to the Fitbit servers for the calculations which later are synced back to Versa (via Fitbit mobile app). Usually syncing the tracker several times with the app is enough. But, if the info is still missing try logging out from Fitbit app, rebooting your phone, rebooting Versa (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until fitbit logo appears), logging back to fitbit app, and syncing several times. This may take some time and several syncs.
