App isn't updating to match Versa

I have read other posts and have found no solution. Recently my app will not track my sleep and my steps are not correct. I have uninstalled/reinstalled, log in/log out, delete app & reinstall app, Bluetooth off/on, etc. and it's still not working. Help! I feel lost

Sorry you have been going thru this, @Dena2019.  You’ve really done a lot of trouble shooting! Have you tried re-starting your Versa?  Is this does not work, you should contact Support
