App no longer working since new update

Ever since installing the new update/interface in early July, nothing has worked in my app. Restarting and reinstalling hasn't helped and now I can't even pair my very expensive Versa, which is only 4 months old, to my phone. This is extremely frustrating. Everything was working fine until that update. Suggestions?

I had the same issue but it got better yesterday for some reason. I did notice today that an update to the app is available. At least for iphone. I took a chance and downloaded  it. Took a couple of turning off bluetooth and turning back on. Restarting the app a couple of times and rebooting versa but I am again stable and getting notifications.  Hopefully it remains stable.  I like what the watch is "supposed to do".  Give it a try and be persistent with shutting of Bluetooth for a bit - they say 10 seconds but I turned it off while the app updated.  Be sure the phone bluetooth is on and the app is fully closed before rebooting versa.  Let the phone and versa connect then start the fitbit app.  Frustrating but it seems to eventually work. I will verify again in a few days regarding stability

I contacted FitBit this morning. The rep was very good and had me unpair
the device from my bluetooth and stayed on the line while I set it up again.

It works perfectly again!
