I have a new computer and am using OS Mojave. I am trying to upload new music on my Versa, but the web version of my account doesn't allow me to do it there, it seems I need to download the app. The Fitbit app does not exist in the App Store! Only 3 apps show up that are made by outside developers. I can't even use my iPad?!
I'm getting so fed up with this stupid watch, I wish I could return it. I only bought it so I could listen to music. And it's proving impossible. the heart rate monitor is never accurate (my 2nd reason for getting the watch- so I could monitor it during work outs).
Worst watch ever. waste of money.
Why are you not letting me post this?!?! I've tried to change the subject line 20 times!!
Moderator Edit: Clarified Subject.

Hello @Deekim, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experince with us. Please note that in order to transfer music from a Mac Computer to your Versa you will need to download the Fitbit Connect Software. After downloading and installing Fitbit Connect, please check the following article with instructions in how to transfer your personal music to your Versa: How do I listen to music and podcasts on my Fitbit Watch?.
Now, when it comes to your heart rate, remember your device should be a couple fingers up your wristbone for it to measure the heart rate more accuraly. However, if you notice a big discrepancy, restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know the outcome.

This is NOT working.
The Fitbit software does not exist on computers.
I followed the link everyone provided, and it says that it is only available on iOS devices.
I can't be the only one experiencing this problem?!?!
How is everyone logging in from their computers?

Months after the fact ...
I found what people are using for Mojave. It's on the https://www.fitbit.com/setup?platform=mac page. Problem is, you have to scroll all the way down to pretty much the bottom of the page for a section that says "Don't have a mobile device available?" and then a pink button that says "DOWNLOAD FOR MAC".
I literally just installed a 2018 version of FitBit Connect after my 2017 version refused to open in Mojave. It's there, but they make you look for it.
