App not showing exercises that appear on my Versa 3

Fitbit App on my iPhone isn’t showing any exercise. My versa 3 shows 2 exercises but the app shows 0. Why is this?  Or have the programmers wreck it.

Thanks for letting me know about this situation with the exercises shown in the app and in your Versa 3. Can you confirm to me if you're referring to your workouts tracked in your Versa 3 not appearing on the app whenever you sync them? Or is it that you can only choose 2 exercises to begin a workout?

Lots of us are having this problem. None of my Workouts since Monday this week are syncing to my app. And after uninstalling and reinstalling it now doesn't show anything. My sisters app is doing the same thing.

There’s been lots of comments on this on both on Community and Support boards for the last fortnight, with zero even acknowledgement from Fitbit.

Are you seriously not aware that there is a major problem?

 You are losing a great deal of credibility and goodwill.

 Same with my versa 3. The APP dosent download the exercise data from the device. 

When Will Fitbit solve this problem?????

Hello there. I can see the exercise in the month screen only. So the versa
3 is transferring the data just not showing on the front or week screen.
Only the month screen. I have contacted Fitbit, they just asked me about it
so hopefully fixed soon. You should contact them too. The more the merrier.

app doesn’t show me any details only that I have done exercise in the month

Just finished chat, they are aware and there will be a fix in a few weeks. Hopefully sooner. I asked about subscription compensation for premium service users but probably not!!!!!

Yes, same for me -  all of my manually logged exercise in my history has disappeared. On top of this, the calories burnt has started to be weird, even for auto logged activity. My weekly 1km swim used to burn well over 100 calories and now I’m ge app shows 40?!?! 
I am losing interest in my Fitbit after being a loyal user since 2015.

Im having problem with my versa 3, the app dosent shows exercise data.

My wife also have versa 3 and the app is working fine. 
Both have iPhone 11. Its strange same whatch same phone, dosent make sense. Maybe Fitbit is doing on purpose to force ppl buying new devices…just conspiring.
If this continues Ill difinetly go to applewatch.

I am having the same issue and when I put it in manually it either won’t save or changes the data I put in. Say I do a 2.2 mile walk in 35 minutes. I put that in and it changed it to 1.3 miles. So random. I hope they fix this soon. I like being able to see my stats and splits.

Apparently, all acounts associated to Google have this problem, no sync exercise data. 

Old accounts still working fine. Unfortunetly is not possible to pass from Google to old account. 
Thats why versa3 from my wife is still working fine, as her account is not from Google.

What a Mess from Fitbit team.

Mine is still an old Fitbit account so the problem isn’t just for Google accounts. I accidentally updated the app and that was the catalyst. I had purposely kept an old version because I had already seen features disappear with updates, but did an Updste All by mistake ;(

I’ll hang in until my Versa 3 dies, but will likely move on after that…. Been a loyal follower since 2015 but Google has sold out on the product….. shame…..

I'm not on a Google account and I'm having the same issue. My Fitbit says one thing when I sync it the data changes as soon as I turn my Bluetooth off.

It dosent make sense, me and my wife have iPhone 11, both have the same version of Fitbit app (4.25). Only diference is that my account is associated to Google.

But even more strange is Fitbit didnt say nonthing about it…
