I downloaded the Fitbit app on my Windows 10 laptop which is connected to Wifi but the app can’t find my watch even though my versa is listed on the left side column. Not sure what to do. I want to try and get music loaded on it. I have the app on my iPhone and everything works fine there. Any help is appreciated!

@2getfit2 is the bluetooth on your laptop ON? Also, make sure the bluetooth on your phone is OFF so it doesn't compete for the connection with Versa. Try to sync. For loading music on your Versa, you will need Wifi network set up for Versa. ALso, make sure Versa is in a charging dock and near your router. If you still can't connect reboot both devices.

As @Marrrmaduke started it is the Bluetooth on the phone, not wifi that needs to be turned off.
This is to make sure the Versa is not connected to the phone.
Due to limitations of the Bluetooth, your Versa can only connect to one device at a time.
You will also need the Ve sa plugged inb and charging, since this is the only time wifi on the versa is turned on.
