I have a Versa and my kid has an Ace2. I have never had a problem in the app until this morning. I have not done anything to cause this change. THE APP WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO SWITCH BACK TO PARENT VIEW IF I AM IN KID'S VIEW. It says I DON'T HAVE THE PERMISSIONS TO PERFORM THIS ACTION. This is the first time in a year that this has happened. I uninstalled the app and restarted my phone.
Any suggestions?

I just posted on this also. Apparently I stayed on my daughters account last night when I went to sleep. Now I can't switch to Parent View and it says my password is wrong. I've updated my password with no change.

Mine doesn't even say wrong password, just says I dont have permission...so weird!

Same error message. Frustrating. I hope someone is monitoring this thread. Started last night for me.

Same here. I'm not able to change back to parent view. We got a 2nd Fitbit ace 2 for my daughter today, but can't get out of my son's account.
I reinstalled app, then managed to set up my daughters device and account. However I'm them stuck now in her account, getting "you do not have permission to perform this action" when I try to return to parent view.

Exactly the same for me, was fine yesterday but nothing I do now will get me out of the kid view, no permissions, changed password exactly the same. Mine is on Android

I just tried uninstalling and reinstalling app. I was able to get back into my account, but when I went to my kids account and then tried to log back in, the same error happened where it said I didn't have permission. So I reinstalled again and hopefully they fix this so I don't have to reinstall every time I switch accounts.

Same thing happening to me. If I uninstall and reinstall app, I'm able to get back into parent/my versa. But it happens again once I go into the kids Ace 2.
