Hi @Donald490 - there are many issues with the new V4 Fitbit App and a white screen when accessing individual app Settings is just one of them. There is no fix for that.

Fitbit don't officiallly allow you to install the previous stable V3 version.

Sounds like Google bought fitbit now they want you to buy only Google watches.
