App won't allow to enter birthday during the Versa 2 setup

Trying to setup Versa 2 in the app store, will not allow me to enter a birthday.

@new2020, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Versa 2 since it's not allowing you to enter your birthday during the setup process.

 

I would like to know if this step shows any error message. If possible, please provide a screenshot of the message that appears when trying to enter your birthday information. You can find the steps to add images to your posts in this thread.
