Apps not downloading on my Fitbit Versa.

I have had my Versa for about 2 months now and I have not had any trouble downloading apps until last week. I removed my watch from the Fitbit app and now I can’t download any apps. What happens is it begins to download and then when it gets to the ent it stops and fails. I would love to know why this is happening and how to fix it.

I would try a Restart and do it several times if necessary. If that doesn't do the trick, try uninstalling the Fitbit App and reinstalling.

Thanks for the feedback and the troubleshoot but neither of them worked. Any other ideas for this problem would be much appreciated.

Try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings and then About, Factory Reset.

I did this and it sort of worked. I need to do it every time I want an app
