I have had my Versa for about 2 months now and I have not had any trouble downloading apps until last week. I removed my watch from the Fitbit app and now I can’t download any apps. What happens is it begins to download and then when it gets to the ent it stops and fails. I would love to know why this is happening and how to fix it.

I would try a Restart and do it several times if necessary. If that doesn't do the trick, try uninstalling the Fitbit App and reinstalling.

Try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings and then About, Factory Reset.

I did this and it sort of worked. I need to do it every time I want an app
