Apps won’t download to my Versa

Help!! I’m trying to download apps and i am unable to because it is saying to update my Fitbit and the app on my phone. Each are updated and I’m not sure what my next step would be.

Regarding the difficulties you have experienced while trying to download apps to your Fitbit Versa, I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved. By the way, thank you for making sure that your app and watch are updated.

 

In the meantime, restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, make sure that you are following the steps to install the apps as listed in this help page.
