After this last software update on Fitbit, when I try to to Fitbit, brings me to fitbit the deny and allowed but allowed button disabled. Is a renpho problem?

Let me help you with your Renpho app not connecting with your Fitbit account. You can revoke Renpho's access from the Fitbit account settings and vice versa then relink them as you initially did.
