I’ve been a Fitbit user for approximately 8 years. Love it and I honestly think it saved my life. I am extremely disappointed that because I’m from Canada I can’t participate. I feel like you kicked me in the gut and as soon as I can replace Fitbit I will. I’m sick and tired of the constant divisions between our countries. Maybe start a Canadian Fitbit company. I feel this is a stain!!!!

Our team is always exploring ways to help Fitbit customers become healthier. That’s why they’re conducting a small test with certain Versa 3 and Sense customers to better understand if noise or snoring might be negatively impacting their sleep. We don’t have additional information to share at this time, but look forward to updating Fitbit customers soon.
