Are any recent Motorola phones supported?

It appears that unless you have a 5+ year old Motorola phone it is not compatible. Is it fair to say Fitbit is not interested in putting any time or effort into Motorola phones? To not add even one phone from the only manufacturer who still makes their own internal antenna which allows rural phone users to have better service tells me that Fitbit as a company is not interested in providing good customer service.    Wish I could actually see the "200+" supported device list somewhere instead of having to search devices one by one. Looks like my versa is a $200.00 piece of garbage because I bought it from a company that flat doesn't care if it looses customers and can't admit when they have messed up their own software.

That's not true. It takes time to test all the new phones coming out. I mean new ones come out almost daily or weekly.

The list is here

It is true. If you look at the list of Motorola devises supported, and know motorola or look up the devices listed the most recent was made in 2016. It is now 2019. That is 3 years. The majority of the Motorola devices supported were made in 2013-2014. Just in case you think the device listed includes all models, think again. It only includes the one model listed. My Motorola was on the list when I bought my versa, but no longer is. My device also worked until the end of April when it stopped sincomg with text and phone calls. In May it stopped sincomg all together. The company scripted response is "although your device may work for awhile, it will eventually stop working." When questioned about the timing of the updated app and the device stopping working they will not answer. They change the topic. This alone is enough for me to leave them in the dust. Just be honest!

Very few people have their phones that long, although my mom does still have and use the Motorola G1 - 2013 with her Fitbit.

I need to upgrade both of our phones and am certainly more interested in keeping a phone that works where we live than dealing with a company that at best is deceptive in it's practices.
