I want to know is Fitbit doing anything to fix this sleep tracker problem? It is clearly inaccurate, it dosen't even track the correct amount asleep. I've tried all the 'fixes'. When I have another smartwatch that has no problem tracking, the fact that I have try 'fixes' on my Versa is ridiculous. It's clearly a software problem. What is Fitbit doing about this?? I am extremely frustrated at this point.

I'm not so sure it's clearly a software issue since both my ionic and my wife versa work perfectly.

Mine worked perfectly out of the box. The past month and a half it started not tracking. I'm not sure what to do. I'm hoping Fitbit can help. I had contacted them and they just gave me 'fixes' but nothing worked. Thanks for your reply. 😀

For the last 3 days my versa has not been tracking my sleep at all either.i am starting to think there are a lot of problems with the versa

I dont have any issues with my Versa atm 🙂 I hope it should stay like this !
