Just opened and charged fully. It’s now asking me for a pin for which I have not even set up. Downloaded app and sync together. Can’t change pin or disable pin because I don’t know the original pin to begin with.

Very frustraded

This help article may be of some use to you.

I believe you can enter your pin incorrectly 10 times to prompt the option to unlock from your phone.

To unlock your device with your phone:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account icon (User-added image) > your device image.
  2. Tap Device Lock.
  3. Find the option to reset your PIN code.

Note that after you reset your PIN code, you must add your cards to Fitbit Pay as if you were setting it up for the first time.

When following @N8teGee's steps, the Fitbit App will ask for a pin or something.

This is whatever you use to unlock the phone, Fitbit wants to confirm that you are the owner of the phone.
