My 2 year old pushed buttons on my watch as I was wearing it. Now it says to start, download the app. I already have the app and it won't let me connect to my watch. I have an Android phone that has never fully connected to the versa. I cannot get texts or calls on it. But, now the watch won't start at all.

Try holding in side button to reset, at least 10 seconds or until the fitbit logo appears.

I've done that 3 times. It just keeps coming up with the same message and cycles through all the languages. That's all it does. I can't do anything with it

If you do have the app on your phone, see if it lists your Versa; if not, try adding it as a new device.

This is on the Versa that it says to download the app and cycles through the languages, right?
Is that the exact message - "Download the app.", and exactly what mean by cycling through languages?

It says "To start, download the Fitbit app."
And then repeats that message in every language. Then starts over in English and cycles through all the languages again.

I think I finally got mine to work. I deleted the Versa 3 I had connected and then added it like a new device. It took a while to download and several different intervals but I stuck with it and it appears to be redownloading the software SLOWLY! It's been at least 4 hours and it's at 26%.
