My issue is the horrible connection of the band on the Versa. The Charge had a very nice and easy connection. I tried to change the band and just gave up as the fiddling with the pin and trying to connect the pins at the same time was absolutely impossible. Thank goodness I got the original (finally) connected or I don't know what I would have done. This attachment method is TERRIBLE!!

I appreciate the time you took to share your experience with the Versa 2's band. I would like you to make sure you're doing this procedure to attach your Versa 2 to the band.
If you would like that the attaching method change in the future, you may want to post your idea in our Feature Suggestion board, those ideas are reviewed by our team and the status will change based in Fitbit's plans.
