I have a versa 2 and before that I had some older model. The app shows I have maybe 10 years of data on sleeping. I've been trying to analyze my exported data for trends in sleeping and can't do that within the app.
The older device put out simple asleep or awake rather than deep, light, or REM sleep into json files, those files are still there and I can easily parse them.
There appears to be no direct output of minutes per sleep stage.
IFTTT had an algorithm to log sleep minutes to a spreadsheet but it appears to have gotten disconnected for me years ago.
I don't want to register for a developer API and try to get the data that way.
Has anyone figured out how to get their sleep data into a useable format for external analyses without flipping through thousands of days on my phone and typing in the numbers there?
