I work out regularly and my versa sent a notification that it auto logged my elliptical exercise. However my details are not showing in my stats for heart rate length of time or calories burned. This has an adverse effect on my weightloss program.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing the details of what you've experienced after completing your elliptical exercise. I understand that it affects your weight loss program and will be glad to help. I recommend to force quit the Fitbit app and reopen it to sync your Fitbit device. After that, on the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Exercise tile to open your exercise history and check if the issue has been resolved.
