The "clock face" of my Versa does not show up when I quickly turn my wrist. I have removed and re-uploaded the fitbit app on my phone several times. I have "rebooted" my fitbit several times. Nothing has worked. Suggestions, please. Thank you.

Hold in left side button a few seconds;  look for 'Screen Wake';  tap to toggle on or off.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
