Average speed vs actual speed

So I finally got my Versa 2 working in bike mode. But on my way out to my destination it was showing the realtime speed I was doing but after I paused it and restated it, it would only show "average speed". I don't know how I changed it or how I change it back. Can someone help please?

I think I found it. Go to Exercise app on your watch. Swipe to the Bike exercise and click settings (top right corner). Scroll down to Customize stats. Select stats you want to be shown during exercise. there you can scroll for the stats on the top or bottom and have a roation through on the middle. Seems mine just got "stuck" on average speed for whatever reason.
