Hello,

I use Fitbit Versa that i was gifted in December 2018 and worked amazing till updating it recently.

Few days ago I update my Versa watch to latest Firmware. After the update, even though I have switched off my watch after full charge, battery is completely dead the next day I turn switch on the watch. This only started happening since i updated to the latest firmware, never happened before.

Please do not respond back with giving tips to save battery and stuff, tried everything. 

No fix yet. I need to use my watch for training and health.

Tons of complaints logged in community by everyone regarding battery issues. 

When can this fix be expected, buying a new watch isnt a fix.

This needs to be escalated to higher level. Worldwide issues.

I have the same problem. I have not changed anything on my Fitbit, but it seems like after the last update it started draining my battery, too.  My battery only last 2 1/2 days. I will never buy another Fitbit because it's not compatible with my phone either. I use to get messages and text on it and now I can't.

It worked absolutely fine on my iPhone until the update. So dor sure it’s the firmware issue that needs to be addressed immediately. People have been logging complaints since December but no assured fix by Fitbit yet. Very disappointing.
