BEWARE OF THE BITMOJI CLOCK FACE

I am pretty sure the (very fun and cute) bitmoji clock face ruined my versa.

I starting noticing battery life issues a few days after install, but figured since its always updating that it uses more battery than a regular face. Then I started noticing that my Fitbit would just completely shut off and I would have to hold down the buttons to restart it. Today, I did a factory reset, and the shutdown happened again twice and I still have not been able to get it back on. It doesnt respond to the charger.

Called Fitbit and thankfully they are sending a replacement for what seems to be a totally dead battery. I mentioned the bitmoji app issue and they claimed it wouldnt destroy the battery like that, but it seems to me that's what happened. Just a word of caution, especially for those out of warranty!!

I have been using the Bitmoji Clock face since it came out. Sure I need to charge it more but I have not had the problems you state. So I dont think its the clock face either
