Hi,

i have the fitbit versa, for quite some time my versa is showing my BPM as 140 with no change even while resting. I tried restarting the fitbit and also set in charging but even so the BPM was showing as 140.

reading previous posts i read that changing the heart rate in settings to off and restarting Versa and then changing the settings back to on would show the correct heart rate readings, but now my Versa is not reading my heart rate at all (tried tightening the strap and placing the monitor on the inside of my wrist too) no luck.

@novice_versa It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!

I will gladly assist you with this. It seems that you have tried the suggested troubleshoots for this issue so please let our support team know as they can check your device's information. I noticed that you already have a ticket with them so I wanted to know if they were able to help you?

I look forward to your reply.

Hi AlvaroFitbit,

No unfortunately i am still facing the issue and the support team was not
able to help me yet.

i did the trouble shooting and now my Versa is not showing my BPM.

i keep restarting and yet its not detecting my heartbeat,

once it did detect my BPM but it remained stagnant for over a period of
time so i again restart it and it is not detecting yet, more than 12 hours
now.

thank you
