BPM, Sleep no longer tracking since last update

For the past week my tracker is no longer registering heart rate or tracking sleep. Battery seems to be dying quicker and calories burned are not accurate. I have tried all the trouble shooting steps - reset, shutdown, manual syncing, band repositioning. This was bought in January, not happy to be having these issues with a product that costs this much only after 6 plus months.

Has anyone who’s experienced this heard from a moderator? What’s going on. Going on over a week and nothing is fixing the issue. Is there a customer support email?
