BPM doesn't appear on my Versa only on the Fitbit app

It’s blank on watch but yet it giving Statistics in my Fitbit icon I don’t understand how can I get it to record and show up on my watch

@1298Baby you mean it's now showing on the clockface (main screen)? If you open Today app (swipe up on the main screen) and scroll down to heart rate, can you see the number there or "--"? If you see the number, then Versa is measuring (sensor lights are blinking) and the issue is on the clockface side. Simply change the clockface as the current one might need an update. 

 

If Today app shows "--" and sensor lights are not blinking, open Settings app on your Versa, scroll down to Heart Rate and toggle it OFF and back ON with a reboot of the tracker in-between. To reboot simply press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes.
