BPM suddenly not working on Versa

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Saturday after noon March 14th 2020 my Versa quit displaying and logging the BPM. This in turn makes it so I get no sleep score and no peak averages for my workouts. It also reduces my Heart rate zones. I thought it was my Versa watch but it isn't. I have made no changes to the app or the watch prior to this.   My mom had a newer Versa watch that I synced to my account and it also isn't displaying the BPM.  Has anyone else had this issue or know if this is a New Thing Fitbit is pushing out?

I had the same issue and it all started after the new version was uploaded on march 10th. I have been talking to CS and so far no luck. rebooted as well as reset to factory settings and updated. So far no heart rate and sleep score. Any other suggestions??
